finding joy, healing from depression

Depression

Are you always trying to make others happy and you feel bad with every little mess up? You are tired of the thoughts in your head saying you are not enough, don’t bother trying. You feel distant from people in your life and can’t seem to find the words to explain what is going on. And you are just waiting for the next thing to go wrong.

You are ready for everyday to not to be a struggle; to be free from what weighs you down, free from guilt, & free to like yourself. You want relationships to feel steady and trustworthy. You’ve been putting it off because therapy seems scary or you didn’t get a good vibe from your last therapist, but you are ready to open up with someone that gets you.

Together we can work through what is holding your back. I can handle your shit & won’t judge you for what you have been through, done, or thought. My clients say they feel safe & understood when talking to me.

Your depression might be invisible to others or they might label you as lazy or shy or angry. Your feelings are valid. Depression can affect our mind and body: our appetite, concentration, energy, and even desire to have fun.  You don't have to stay stuck feeling like nothing will change. If you feel this way, it's time to get support and encouragement from a therapist, because we all need help sometimes. If you are in South Carolina, I am happy to work with you virtually or in-person to help overcome depression.
